Psychiatrically labelling whistleblowers
HEALTHQUEST HUMAN RIGHTS SCANDAL IN NEW SOUTH WALES
IN THE TRADITION OF NAZI, SOVIET AND CHINESE PSYCHIATRY
German psychiatrists serving the Nazi state falsely certified sane individuals as mentally ill for speaking up against the state. They devised a special label "camouflaged or asocial feeblemindedness" to apply to people who exhibited "deviation from Nazi social norms".

Soviet psychiatrists serving the former Soviet Union also certified perfectly sane individuals as mentally ill for speaking up against the state. They devised the similar label - "sluggish schizophrenia" to apply to people who exhibited signs of any "reformist ideas".

Chinese psychiatrists serving the People's Republic of China continue this same practice. Political non-conformists including Falun Gong followers, independent labour organisors and whistleblowers are subjected involuntary to "treatment" in custodial mental asylums.

AND IN NEW SOUTH WALES WE HAVE HAD HEALTHQUEST
We are NSW public servants, After speaking up about serious wrongs in our workplace we were directed to attend HealthQuest. There HealthQuest doctors, psychiatrists and psychologists systematically subjected us to involuntary interrogations and tests and falsely labelled us mentally ill. Having been branded for life with this false psychiatric label we were summarily removed from our duties, cut off our wages, entitlements and superannuation.
We subsequently discovered that the HealthQuest doctors had been briefed beforehand by our Departmental Management to find us mentally ill. Some of us were performing our duties at the time we were declared 'unfit' to work. The Deputy Director of HealthQuest has explained this anomaly be defining unfitness as "not fitting in with the organization" (see Nazi and Soviet psychiatry) Others were on sick leave at the time of the HealthQuest appointment caused by workplace victimisation. One public servant sent to HealthQuest was so severely injured psychologically by workplace violence that Dr Gapper perversely decided to declare her fit to work so she could be ordered back into the workplace to receive further injury. The practices as described were officially confirmed by HCCC at p72 of their Annual Report 2000. HealthQuest pledged to remedy the problems identified but four years later we are still fighting however for justice in our cases.
HEALTHQUEST by their actions towards us have systematically violated Australia's obligations under "The Universal Declaration of Human Rights" including Article 13 which states:
"Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion"
HEALTHQUEST has also systematically violated the UN Convention Against Torture which includes as "torture" severe mental pain and suffering. We have been tortured by HealthQuest as punishment for the act of speaking up about serious wrongs in our workplaces. And by falsely declaring us mentally ill those wrongs have been covered up and HealthQuest and its psychiatrists have become complicit in the crimes committed by our Departments. Details of this HUMAN RIGHTS abuse have been sent to the President RCANZP, the Governor of NSW and various other authorities.
