Allegations of Judicial corruption reported to ICAC

Today I filed a formal notification of ongoing criminal corruption involving officers of the NSW Govt and the judiciary . My disclosure was accepted and stamped by Senior Special Constable Millard at the Commission in Pitt St:

My covering letter states in part:

THE COMMISSIONER/JERROLD CRIPPS/NSW ICAC

"There is evidence that the (Health Care Complaints) Commission established a working party to review issues identified by Ms Kerrison and other complainants and a copy of her complaint was referred to the Department of Health. A later report confirmed the concerns raised by the complainants and noted that the Commission propsed to work with the Department of Health to remedy those concerns" (emphasis added)

Justice Schmidt para 168                   Kerrison v TAFE
Commission (2003) IRComm79

Commissioner Cripps,

I am officially notifying your Commission of ongoing criminal conduct involving, in my case, officers of NSW DOCS and DADHC, HealthQuest, the NSW Crown Solicitors Office and judicial officers of the NSW Industrial Relations Commission. Please refer to quote from Justice Schmidt of the Commission . I along with Ms Kerrison was one of the complainants whose "concerns" were confirmed by the Lowe Report published 6 years ago in April 2000. Our confirmed concerns included:

However in the years since all authorities involved in the Lowe Report including ICAC have failed to provide any remedy or justice to us through restoring our employment, our damaged reputations and lost wages and properly investigating and prosecuting the public officials responsible for this serious long term and systemic corruption......"

I then remind the Commission that in my case the actions of NSW Government officials include staff abuse assault of severely disabled adults at 28 Fitzpatrick St Group Home, withholding and destruction of departmental documents as well as massive perjury committed by ex DOCS Manager ,Julia Gillett, all of this condoned by the Commission judges. I then quoted to him sections 12, 12A and 13 of the ICAC Act which require the Commission to regard the public interest as paramount in the exercise of its functions and to take into account the responsibility and roles of the public authorities involved. In conclusion I stated

"Undoubtedly systematic criminal corruption involving the judiciary and impacting on the welfare of the most disadvataged and vulnerable persons in our socety-the intellectually and physically disabled-meets the above criteria and demands a full and proper investigation...Yours sincerely Gerard Crewdson"

ICAC have squandered millions of NSW taxpayers dollars to whitewash corruption in this State whichever regime has been in power. I am giving the new Commissioner a further opportunity to belatedly take some serious action over corruption at its source.
