John Hatzistergos, N.S.W. Health Minister, you told Noreen Hay that HealthQuest never issued such certificates. Well, perhaps we could all click on the pdf files and see them. Let's look at the ludicrous diagnoses first. "Situational reaction manisfesting as severe migraine." Situational reaction? Pull the other one HealthQuest. Signed by Dr Eva Mandel and Dr Helia Gapper. Two likely witnesses at the Royal Commission when we finally get one. Then we have 'personality disorder' causing the dissenting person to be 'unable to discharge' their duties of office. Signed by Dr Eva Mandel and Dr Helen Jagger on behalf of Dr Helia Gapper. Dr Jagger has been promoted to Director of Medical Services, Canterbury Hospital.
We have another name that crops up often, Ms Walshaw of TAFE. Other diagnoses commonly used were cognitive dysfunction, dysthymia, paranoia (Heck, they thought the workplace was corrupt! Can't have that), and in one case that we know of, that of the Vietnamese migrant who worked for the Gaming and Racing Board, schizophrenia. Was it 'sluggish schizophrenia', I wonder, as in Soviet Russia? I'm going to get a copy of that John Hatzistergos letter from my friend and attach it to a comment in this thread.
Just to prove the corruption, malfeasance, lies and deception come from the top echelons of government, ie, from the Premier down.
These people were forcibly medically retired using these fraudulent certificates. They were tricked into staying home and not coming back to work. Forced medical retirements are illegal under Anti-Discrimination laws. Yet when these victims went to court, Labor-appointed judges dismissed their cases as nonsense.
